ROBERT J. SCIACCA, M.D. — the founder of Alabama ENT Associates, has been in private practice in Birmingham for over twenty years. After receiving his MD from UAB, he completed his general surgery internship at Baptist Medical Centers in Birmingham, and his otolaryngology, head and neck surgery residency at UAB hospital. Dr. Sciacca is Board-Certified with the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. In addition, Dr. Sciacca is trained in the fields of nutrition and complementary medicine, specializing in medical acupuncture.
